2016-12-07 | To help schedule next week's short presentations, please could you indicate when you would like to present in this Doodle poll. (If you choose Monday, and change your mind, you can tell me at the class on Monday morning that you want to switch to Wednesday!) |
2016-12-07 | Please indicate which paper you will present by adding a comment in the Doodle poll. You should focus on one paper in your presentation (even though more than one should be discussed in your report). It would be good if students presenting on the same topic choose to present different papers next week - the comments in the Doodle poll can help coordinate this. |
2016-11-09 | If you have any questions about the course material or the assignments, you're welcome to drop in to my office (room 6475 EDIT building) or to send me an e-mail message. |
2016-11-03 | All of the papers listed on the course pages should be accessible from within the Chalmers (and probably also GU) network. If you are not on campus, you can use VPN (Virtual Private Network) (Windows, Mac, Linux). If you have difficulty accessing any of the materials, please let me know. |
2016-11-03 | Some lectures have been rescheduled to avoid the timetable clash with "TDA361 Computer Graphics". The revised schedule is now in TimeEdit. |
2016-10-17 | Later in this course you will find it useful to look at protein structures with molecular visualisation software. You might want to take a look at RasMol, UCSF Chimera, Jmol or PyMOL. RasMol and UCSF Chimera are installed on the Chalmers Linux system. |
The course will be assessed through a set of individual assignments.
