My main research interests are in Bioinformatics and Databases. For more information, see my publications list.

I gave an invited talk on "Protein modelling using conformational information from known protein structures and constraints from NMR experiments" at the 10th Workshop on Constraint-Based Methods for Bioinformatics (Lyon, 2014).

I am a member of the programme committee and steering committee for the 12th International Conference on Data Integration in the Life Sciences (Luxemburg, 2017). In 2010 I co-chaired the 7th International Conference on Data Integration in the Life Sciences.

I am involved in coordinating the Chalmers e-Science Centre.

I am interested in supervising student projects in the areas of Bioinformatics and Databases (local access only).

My current teaching activities are listed here. See also the summary of my current and recent teaching activities.
