Assessment criteria

Assessment of written work

The Centre for Language and Communication at Chalmers has produced guidelines for assessing written reports. These were prepared with larger reports in mind (e.g. Bachelor's project reports), so some aspects are not relevant for smaller pieces of written work (e.g. I don't expect an abstract, contents page or chapters for the written work in this course). Many web resources give advice on academic writing, e.g. the Unilearning website at the University of Wollongong.
