Verify identification problem file

This is a simple verifier for the identification problem format. It will read the file and output the parts that can be interpreted. (Please note that this function is currently experimental and that this function is not yet updated with the verifier in the software ODEion).



Solve identification problem

Here you can solve ODE identification problems online. The input is an identification problem file in the format of this site. The output will be posted on a new page after the process is completed. This can take considerable time, and very long runs may be aborted. The algorithm used is that of Gennemark & Wedelin 2007. (Please note that this function is currently experimental and is not yet updated with the code in the software ODEion).
