What's MetricSize?

MetricSize is your customized measurement system for measuring size of your product.

When you want to measure the size of the product you need to find THE metric of size for your product - it could be one of the Line-of-code metrics or a model-based dedicated size metric or a combination of two. When your product grows over time you need to combine different metrics in a meaningful way to monitor the size of your software in a uniform way.

MetricSize is an Excel-based measurement system for displaying indicators and metrics of size for your product. It is based on collecting data from open-source measurement instruments and present them your way.

Our MetricSize can provide your stakeholders with accurate size measurements to make the right decisions at the right time.

How does a typical scenario look like?

1. Stakeholder describes the product structure and its internals (e.g. programming languages)

2. Our team develops the custom measurement systems (usually Excel) and uses the appropriate measurement instruments (open source or from our library)

3. Our team creates a dashboard for your organization.

4. All relevant stakeholders get access to the measurement.
