When you collect metrics you would like to decide what to measure and leave the measurement processes to specialists. You would like the specialists to help you to find good measures and to provide you with the competence required to develop metrics and to make good decisions based on the metrics.
Measurement-as-a-Service is a sourcing concept when we set-up measurement infrastructure for you, based on your tooling or based on open source tooling. You own the tools, the infrastructure and the data
