Quizzes

Nils Anders Danielsson

I want you to prepare before the lectures by reading the texts listed in the reading list, and starting to work with the material presented in the texts. The idea is that if you prepare in this way, then we can spend less time on traditional lecturing, and instead we can have more interaction. This is an experiment for me, and I may adjust the lectures as we go along. Feedback is welcome.

In order to encourage you to prepare (and to give me some feedback on how well you have understood) there will be quizzes before most of the lectures. If there is a quiz, then it will be announced at the latest during the previous lecture. There are no quizzes before the first two lectures. Unless otherwise noted the deadline for Monday lecture quizzes is 15:00 the previous Friday, and for other lectures 15:00 the previous day.

You are free to cooperate with other students when solving quizzes, the important thing is that you prepare. However, you must be able to explain and discuss your solutions.

Quizzes should be handed in individually using Canvas.
