Here is a reading list for the course.

The label "core" means that the material in the chapter is part of the core contents of the course. The label "relevant" means that the material is directly relevant and related to what we talk about in the course, but not necessary to read the chapter, because other material will be provided that covers what we need to know.

  • Chapter 6: 6.1-6.2: core.

We will not cover anything outside of the above material.

Note that GUL has a reference to an older version of this book. I will try to correct this a.s.a.p.
