There are three slightly different versions of the book, all calling themselves the fourth edition! They all have different chapter numbers and exercise numbers. This is obviously not helpful.
The new international edition
This is the version we are "officially" using. If you have this one, the chapter and exercise numbering will be right!

The international edition
This is (apparently) an older edition. It has an extra chapter, chapter 13 (Simulation), which is not in the new international edition. So all chapters above 13 will be one off. For example, if the lecture slides say to look at chapter 15, you should instead turn to chapter 16.

The original fourth edition
This is an even older edition. It too has an extra chapter, chapter 13 (Simulation), which is not in the new international edition. So all chapters above 13 will be one off. For example, if the lecture slides say to look at chapter 15, you should instead turn to chapter 16.
