- some reports made good use of section headings to organise the material. - some were missing full citation details for referenced articles. - regarding the purpose of the document, the reader should "recognise that computing science students (particularly those with some experience with algorithms) have the knowledge and skills that are needed to address this problem and implement a solution". This was often left for the reader to infer from the content, rather than being explicitly addressed in the report. - take care not to paraphrase too much, and cite the original source whenever you quote or paraphrase. - some reports mention a "score" without indicating the kinds of terms that contribute to the score in this case.
