• To introduce an example of computational protein design.
• To introduce the structures of some engineered proteins based on antibodies.

After this lecture you will:

• be aware of the computational approach used in designing Top7;
• be aware of the structures of some engineered proteins based on antibodies, including scFvs and diabodies.
