Mindary General Terms and ConditionsPorcupine© is a web based 3D graphic application (the “Application”) which is owned by Mindary AB (“Mindary”). By using the application you consent to Mindarys’ General Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that the Application, and all right, title and interest in, and all other uses of the Application is proprietary with and belongs exclusively to Mindary and you will not directly or indirectly (i) interfere with or damage our Application, including, without limitation, through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial of service attacks, packet or IP spoofing or similar methods or technology, including methods that in any way reproduces or circumvents the navigational structure, source code or presentation of the Application or its contents, (ii) copy, reproduce, adapt or otherwise imitate, decompile or reverse engineer any component or aspect of the Application (including the subject matter thereof) or any other uses of the Application for your own use or benefit or for the use or benefit of any third party, (iii) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right notices contained in the Application or its source code. Mindary will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your use of the service or from interactions with other users of our Application, unless such damage is caused by our negligence, The Application is provided by Mindary “as is” without further warranties or representations and Mindary excludes all implied warranties to the extent permissible by law. Mindary does not guarantee or warrant that the use of the Application will be interrupted, comply with regulatory requirements, be error free or that Mindary will correct errors or that servers making the Application accessible are free from viruses or errors. In order to use the application, Mindary ask you to provide information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you personally such as your name and e-mailadress, username and password. Mindary also collect location information, usage, viewing and technical data, including your IP address when you use our website or use our Application. All Information mentioned above that directly or indirectly may be referable to a natural person constitutes Personal Data. Mindary is the controller for processing the Personal Data you provide or that we collect, regarding yourself.
