The exam question(s) on structural bioinformatics will be based on material covered in the lectures and/or practical. There is a web page for each of the bioinformatics lectures, listing the main topics covered in the lectures and giving links to supplementary material. I do not expect you to read all of the supplementary material in detail. However, I recommend that you look at these linked pages since they will refresh your memory of items featured in the lectures that are not mentioned, or mentioned only in outline, in the lecture handouts.
