Assignments

There are four assignments ("laborations") for all students.

You will need a partner to complete the assignments. To complete the assignments in any other form of a group (or alone) you will need a very good reason and a permission from the main course responsible.

There is a list of times when one of us will be available to help out in a computer room.

IMPORTANT: Last grading date

All assignments must be submitted by the deadline. All corrections to assignments 1 and 2 ("retur") must be resubmitted within the two weeks following the deadline. Corrections for assignment 3 should be submitted within one week after the deadline. No assignments 1 or 2 resubmitted more than two weeks after the deadline will be graded. No assignment 3 resubmitted more than a week after the deadline will be graded. And it is self-evident that no submissions after 16 Oct 2011 will be allowed. This is a firm limit.

Assignment 1 (Trainspotting)

Submitting

When finished you should submit your assignment for correction in the on-line Fire system, which will be activated at the time of the course start.

Note

If you have passed some (but not all) assignments in previous years you do not resubmit those solutions. Instead, you must submit text files for each passed assignment with the information on when you passed it and if you are a Chalmers or GU student (for example: "Passed in VT06, Chalmers student") so that we can check it.
