Since there are no previous exams here are som hints on the exam structure:

NO multiple choice questions
4-6 knowledge questions, where you describe SPLE "things", and then typically exemplify them
1-2 cases, where you analyse a situation and apply your SPLE knowledge to propose some "solution" and argue for it
1-2 extrapolation/opinion questions, where you state your opinion and/or argue for some development
